Hi, guys. I'm running the latest version of macOS Big Sur on my Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming system, Everything works, except that the display doesn't wake up from sleep. I tried several config.plist tweaks, but nothing worked so far. I'm using the Intel UHD 630 internal GPU. Is there a patch in Hackintool or anywhere else that I could apply to fix this problem? Thanks, guys, but I had already solved the problem. The issue was actually quite simple, right under my nose: the device id was wrong. Everything works now, except that the display doesn't wake up from sleep. I will deal with this in another topic.

Yes, I have. Also, upgrading to the latest version of OpenCore didn't do it either. The problem remains.

Hello guys, I'm trying to install macOS Big Sur 11.2 (Olarila USB image) on my Gigabyte Z90 M Gaming Rev 1.0 motherboard, BIOS F9m (latest) using the internal IGPU. Yeah, I know it's ridiculous, but I had to sell my Radeon RX590... Anyway, I followed the Dortania OpenCore configuration guide to add my Intel UHD 630 igpu to DeviceProperties section in config.plist but it simply won't work. I tried lots of combinations and different EFI folders I found for my mobo, but to no avail: in the install process, verbose is ok then the Apple logo appears for about one second and then the screen goes black. Any ideas on how to solve this annoying issue: It's driving me nuts! Hello everyone, I've successfully installed macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 on my PC, dual booting with Windows 10 Pro. Everything works perfectly out of the box, EXCEPT that the Windows clock stops at shutdown and I have to manually resync it every time I reboot into it. This issue does not occur on Big Sur because the OS syncs the time after login. Any ideas on how to solve this most annoying issue? My hardware specs: ----------------------------- Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming (latest BIOS FL9) Processor Intel Core i7 9700K 3,6GHZ Memory: 64GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHZ DDR4 RAM (2x32) Internal storage: 2 TB (2x1) NVMe WD_750 Black GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX 590 8GB Connectivity: Broadcom Wi-Fi/Bluetooth combo PCI card What I have tried: ------------------------- 1. Change Windows 10 to UTC time; 2. Turn off Windows 10 automatic sync with Internet time; 3. Turn off Windows 10 automatic time zone; 4. Turn off macOS Big Sur automatic sync with Internet time; 5. Check ALL BIOS settings; 6. Replaced the BIOS battery with a brand new one. Thanks a million!

Hi guys, I cloned my Hackintosh partition using CarbonCopyCloner to an external SSD drive. Everything works, but for some strange reason, when i boot from the external SSD drive, Clover shows the icon for this drive as some kind of error. Please refer to attached picture in the zip file. Hi guys, Today, I reinstalled macOS Catalina 10.15.2 (dual-booting Windows 10 Pro on a separate HD) on my Lenovo Ideapad 300-15ISK. Everything works, but I noticed that the audio volume is much lower than it was on my previous install, and I did nothing different. I'm using AppleALC + original untouched AppleHDA method. I read that this problem can happen when dual-booting with Windows because of Realtek drivers, but I don't believe that's the case here. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome. Everything works smoothly, except decent battery management, so I decided to rebuild my DSDT from scratch, so I can patch it properly. It was a bit messy to start with. I followed Rehabman's guide (to the letter) posted on this link https://www.tonycrapx86.com/threads/guide-patching-laptop-dsdt-ssdts.152573/ However, I keep getting a compile error, no warnings at all, just 'syntax error, unexpected PARSEOP_ARG1'. Please refer to attached PDF and .dsl files. I've searched endlessly for a solution, but can't fix it no matter what I try. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? I really appreciate your time and help. Como o meu sistema está usando o virtualSMC.kext, eu vi que o SMCbatteryManager.kext não estava instalado na pasta Other. Fiz a instalação, deu um reboot e agora estou observando o indicador de bateria. Pelos meus cálculos, depois das alterações, agora eu tenho cerca de 3 horas de carga. Vamos ver...

MaLdOn, encontrei um patch do RehadMan (battery_Lenovo-Ideapad-Y700.txt) que funciona para o meu notebook. Agora é só me lembrar como se aplica o patch! Rsrsrs.. Obrigado pela ajuda e Feliz Natal. Olá pessoal, Tenho um notebook Lenovo Ideapad 300-15isk 80RS rodando perfeitamente o macOS Catalina 10.15.2, mas percebi que a minha bateria demora bastante para recarregar (45 minutos a mais que no Windows 10) e descarrega muito rápido, fazendo o meu notebook desligar automaticamente quando a bateria chega nos 36% de carga. O Hibernate Mode do meu sistema é 3. Também ajustei o brilho do meu display entre 35-40% e criei um SSDT para power manager usando o ssdtPRGen do Piker-Alpha, o que melhorou bem o desempenho da bateria, mas não resolveu o problema do shutdown automático nos 36% de carga. Alguém aqui já teve esse tipo problema e conseguiu resolver? Obrigado e um Feliz Natal a todos!

Olá pessoal, Usei o Carbon Copy Cloner para espelhar o meu sistema (macOS Catalina 10.15.2) em um HD externo USB 3.0, para caso eu tenha algum problema nos testes de configuração do config.plist e kexts e não consiga mais bootar pelo SSD interno. Tudo funciona, mas o ícone do HD externo aparece como algum tipo de erro no Clover Bootloader (vide arquivo PDF anexado). Alguma idea de como corrigir isso? Obrigado! Clover_icon_issue.pdf

MaLdOn, pois é, descobri isso nas pesquisas. Muita gente com o mesmo bug... Tentei todos releases do VoodooPS2Controller kext, mas o que resolveu o problema do CAPSLOCK, deixou ela sem LED e bugou o NumLock deixando ele permanentemente ativado e sem LED também. Minha solução temporária foi remover o VoodooPS2Controller kext da pasta Other e deixar somente o ApplePS2SmartTouchPad.kext. Apesar de eu ainda ter que pressionar a tecla CAPSLOCK 2x para ativar ou desativar, a tecla NumLock funciona e os LEDs dessas duas teclas funcionam também.

Olá amigos, Instalei o macOS Catalina 10.15.2 no meu notebook Lenovo Ideapad 300-15isk 80RS e percebi que a tecla CAPSLOCK só ativa ou desativa se eu a pressiono duas vezes. Alguém mais teve esse problema? Não que isso seja um grande empecilho, mas é um pouco chato. Será que tem algo a ver com o ApplePS2SmartTouchPad.kext que eu instalei para habilitar o trackpad? Considerando o config.plist do seu notebook como referência, fiz o seguinte: 1) Gerei um patch no Hackintool com todas as opções de video e áudio; 2) Estudei e comparei o patch gerado com o seu config.plist; 3) Para tudo no seu config.plist que aparecia no patch do Hackintool, substituí com os dados do patch; 4) Shutdown; 5) Boot; 6) Conectei o cabo HDMI à minha SmartTV e deu certooooo!!!! Persistência e paciência: a combinação perfeita para o sucesso. Muito obrigado pelas dicas, MaLdOn! Sem o seu config.plist seria muito mais difícil eu conseguir

Hoje tentei todas as combinações possíveis de patch de audio no Hackintool, mas não deu certo. Testei também bootar com o cabo HDMI plugado. Até desabilitei temporariamente o DSDT para ver se estava influenciando de alguma forma, mas não estava. Será que tem algo a ver com a configuração dos conectores?
