Hackintosh Sequoia on Dell Optiplex 3050 Micro Kaby Lake

Hi all, I have been successful in installing on a Optiplex 3040 micro Skylake, but having looked around I can't source or seem to create a working EFI for this device. Is anyone out there about to assist with a working EFI it would be greatly appreciated.
