My hdmi audio not working

Just few days ago I have installed mac os sequoia 15.1. Everything all good but my hdmi audio not working. I have patched opencore legacy patcher and it's installed hdmi and graphics also show it output device but not working. Graphics is ok. My specifications is : Processor : 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core I5 Graphics : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 710 2 GB Memory : 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
