Can you explain how I can do this? I can't discover on which port the internal bluetooth is mapped. I used IORegistryExplorer and HackinTool, but can't find anything other than the surface type cover. But In HackinTool, I can see this bluetooth device under System > Peripherals: What is this device?

Thanks for the EFI folder! How can the internal bluetooth module be disabled? The bluetooth keeps turning off in settings, because it's trying to use the internal Marvell chip I think. Do I need to remap the usb ports for this?
