Any bluetooth/wifi dongle/card recommendation?

I uninstalled Qualcomm drivers and installed intel from my official laptop driver page. And my wifi and Bluetooth is working. I am confused about how Qualcomm device is able to go with intel drivers.

I have an old laptop acer predator g3-572 with 1050ti and Qualcomm atheros QCA61x4A wifi + Bluetooth card. With my little research of a day I came to know the card is not supported. I am looking for wifi + Bluetooth (2in1 dongle) or a separate module. Please suggest me any such product. I want to use my Bluetooth headphones and wifi as it is the basic daily requirement for me.
