exactly as I thought. according to you, what could prevent my laptop from sleep? maybe I need to change something with the SMBIOS? I selected macbook pro 6,2 as system definition...I tried a lot of things but didn't get any result

Hello, Here is the Send me file attached and I'd like to enable the sleep on my Asus N82JQ. Also If possible, I'd like the integrated webcam to be recognized for facetime. I tried a lot of kexts found on the internet but none of them solved that issue. I asked for your help maybe 2 years ago, you provided me a file (attached too), it worked for putting the system to sleep but since I reinstalled my system, sleep does no more work. update: I found the AppleHDA and HDAenabler while looking on the internet and my speakers and internal mic are both working great I wanted to attach them but the system is telling me that they exceed the allowed maximum size... http://www.sendspace.com/file/43vkrc After installing those kext, when I woke the system from sleep, the speakers were still recognized but there was no more sound. I used that patched IOAUDIOFAMILY.kext attached, the issue is fixed but now there is another problem: the system wakes up from sleep after the first sleep but when I put it to sleep a second time, the screen turns off but the fan and the lights are still on. and I get a message at the startup: header read size 200 incorrect image signature. Dear Mirone; first off, thanks a lot for taking the time to work on my files. Sleep, wake from sleep, speedstep, USB 3.0 are working great. With the first file labeled AppleHDA-alc269-01 file, the internal speakers are detected but not the mic in preferences-sound but there is no sound coming out when I want to listen to music. With the second file you labeled AppleHDA,the speakers are not detected nor the mic. I will look for that kext on the internet but if you could provide me with a working one, It will be great. And also, I have a chicony webcam (recognized in system report, vendor ID 0x04f2 and product id 0xb1bb). My memory card reader is not recognized in system report; I did a lot of researches to make them work and it seems like there is no kext for those. any suggestions? Thanks again

Hello Everyone, thanks for helping us out. I have an ASUS N82JQ and I need my DSDT to be patched so I could have the ALC269 working properly without voodooHDA, the speedstep, sleep and wake from sleep functions. Thank you Send me .zip
