legacy way? How do i do it on the legacy way? also i installed hackintosh high sierra zone to create the bootable usb for vannila i didnt try it from there because it wont connect to internet

pls help iam using vannila olarila high sierra image i flashed it using both etcher and win32 disk imager but it just wont recognize as a bootable usb. before i tried installing hackintosh high sierra zone it worked perfect but in the installation it says no packages were eligible to install.
