P8P67 Deluxe DSDT patches = m-pro board Sleep, kills wifi

Using Autopatcher with my P8P67m-Pro board if I select m-Pro for patching I have wifi (mini pcie airport card) but can not get the computer to sleep in no way. If I apply the patches for the deluxe board I get sleep working, wifi is present, but it canont access networks, shows orange dot in network preferences. Is there anyway I can get both sleep and wifi?
