Changing PCI device id in Windows

I have a Windows machine on which I would like to spoof the PCI device ID using OpenCore/SSDT...I've attempted to do this via a simple OpenCore deviceproperties rename. I've also attempted this using a custom SSDT (attached), as well as combining the custom SSDT with an OpenCore patch to rename the _DSM method. None of these three approaches have worked.
