sir still grey screen

Hay tell me what's wrong with Dell laptops stuck on Grey screen, only mouse cursor is moving and no option is available after verbose text...plz help me how to fix it. with same Efi install Monterrey successfully. and its happen first time laptop is working fine.... Grey screen only mouse cursor is moving.rar Also install MAc Monterery on same Efi but this time stuck on grey screen i tried alot by setting bios and chnging port even disable secure boot from proper trees etc

Easiest way to fix sound

But with another EFi it boots USB and continuous all processes. finally when I copy Efi of your website paste in the internal hard disk. it runs the mac Ventura installer and installs Ventura only sound is not working and the graphic is built nicely from open core legacy patcher. config.rar This Efi Only run recovery process to install Ventura and don't run mac Ventura installer but your Efi run Mac installer. And install macOS.... successfully

Hy i done it ......I genrated smbios imac19,1 and add some kext and use opencore legacy patcher for graphic but there is one problem sound is not working.........thanks alot for your help

hy i am using Dell latitude E6440 core i5-4310m with intel hd 4600/8690 ..... install ventura but after all process graphic are 4mb and no sound even no usb no wifi realy upset what to doo .... what to do plx help me

hy i am using Dell latitude E6440 core i5-4310m with intel hd 4600/8690 .....wana install ventura and monterey but after all process gave error (support.apple.com/mac/startup)....i am using big sure on same laptop and working 100 % but haswell efi is not installing these macos .... what to do plx help me
