I have tried a lot of efi , mods , clover alll but just nothing just work I get error all of the time . Can you provide me a working efi . An help would be really appriciated to this beginner

Bro could you please tell me which mac version will work for me and a working efi folder I have been trying a lot but just couldnt move a step in it Also I have tried a lot of efi , mods , clover alll but just nothing completely boots mac os I have ran it through catalina , bigsurf,monterey but it just doesnt work at all! An help would be really appriciated to this beginner
