Failed to convert Volume to APFS

I tried with Catalina and Ventura and i always get stuck at the end of the install: it just freezes ?? Hardware is Esprimo Q958 with Samsung NVME SSD and EFI Folder for 300 (Q370) Chipset from your site. Any suggestions, on how to resolve that error? Thanks in advance!
