yes. it does work. Just after installation, I still need it to boot the system (it might be fixed by another thread http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=1676).
but here comes another question:
I followed the instruction of http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=740&start=10 to build the 10.8 not 10.7. When boot it on virtualbox (f8 and then type -v) i got the following error:
NTFS volume name , version 3.1.
NTFS-fs warning (device /dev/disk2s1, pid 224): ntfs_system_inodes_get(): NTFS volume is dirty. You should unmount it andrun chkdsk.

how that happened? the harddisk is created by vBox as SATA Port 0. Other settings followed http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1279.
from that instruction, after the iso made, it should not need hackboot.iso, am i right?
