  1. To the person(s) who put this USB image together -- thank you, thank you, thank you! I used 'dd if=/path/to/dot.raw of=/dev/disk3' (where 'disk3' was the device name of my USB drive) on a Mac mini, took the USB drive over to my newly built Hackintosh (Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3P motherboard, 8GB RAM, Core i5 3570 quad-core processor @ 3.4GHz, integrated Intel HD 4000 graphics, on-board Realtek ALC887 (haven't tried to get it working yet, though it looks like I should be able to); and Realtek 8111DP on-board GigE (worked on first boot). My only question is video; I've read that the HD 4000 is now supported if you boot with the Chimera boot loader. I'm a n00b at Hackintoshing (and it's been eons since I even built a PC; the last computer I built was a Pentium III-450, when those chips were brand new and state of the art!), so forgive me for asking what's probably a stupid question, but ... How do I use Chimera if I setup my system using this USB image? I tried downloading Chimera http://www.tonycrapx86.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=136 and it appeared to install without complaint, but on reboot I'm still stuck with unaccelerated 1024x768 graphics. Meh. Thanks!! B.
