Hey there, i followed the audio config guide, but for some reason, after testing each layout id, none of them wanted to work. a few managed to make the headphone ports work, but the internal speakers stay silent always. i spent 4 hours trying and i'm starting to worry. i also have a codec dump from linux if that's helpful. what do i do?

Hey there! I've been trying for the past 4-5 hours to install macos mojave on my laptop, but the Trackpad And Keyboard is refusing to work. I have VoodooI2C and VoodooI2CHID, i made ssdt-s i tried everything and it just doesnt want to make it work, and i cannot install like this. and the latop has no free usb ports so i cannot use external usb devices either. how do i fix that? SPECS: Intel Core i3 7100U NVidia GeForce 920mx (disabled) 8GB RAM we have the asus precision touchpad and another i2c keyboard i suppose touchpad:HID\ELAN1200&Col01 keyboard:ACPI\ATK3001

Hi everyone! i was browsing all day today, and ended up having no soltion to this error. Im trying to install mojave on my d630 but its giving me this weird error. The screen is glitched and there is a block mark in the middle of the screen. after all the browsing an wasted time, i found out i might need a dsdt patch. can yall please help in that? It has a core 2 duo t7100 with 4gb of ddr2 ram. I use clover cuz no uefi. I tried igfxvesa I tried resetting nvram The sata controller is in achi mode I use a usb 2.0 port but with a usb 3.0 usb drive(maybe thats the problem?) I'll try a different usb drive tomorrow cuz its 23:49pm here

Hi everyone! I just installed macos catalina, and everything seems to be working fine, but theres bno sound, even though i installled appleALC.kext. Why is that? And can i use my nvidia gpu or i shall keep my igpu in use. (Cuz its anoying that whenever i switch oses i have to change port of display)

Everytime i want to format the partition i made in windows to Macos journaled or apfs it says "Erase process has failed" with message:"mediakit reports not enough space on device for requested operation".but the partiton is 64gb so idk what is the problem. then i cannot even mount the partition, i have to reformat it in windows. What should i do? (the hdd i wanna install macos on is in use and thats why i dont format the entire drive.)
