I tried again with Olarila EFI folder (+ UHD 630 informations), but after the first steep of the install the PC reboot and it's remaining stuck on Apple Logo with the message: "about 1 minute remaining". Any suggestion for this? PS: Before I forget to mention that I have Fedora 36 in the HDD, is this a problem? Once I tried with clean SSD e HDD, but it just doesn't work then I installed the Fedora to use while I solve this Hackintosh's question. Thank you @MaLd0n Here the log founded in EFI's USB folder.
