I have the same issue with bootloop in VMWare Fusion, VirtualBox and Parallels but I run Monterrey 12.4 without problems in VMWare Fusion and Parallels.

Thanks! I modify the installer now I m stuck with the following error: kextd stall[0], (240s): 'IGPU' I selected config 2 inside options but it didn't work screencapture.zip

I am using HP pavilion DV7 4038cl with I5 430m 6GB of ram laptop and I am trying to install el capitan or a newer macos but can not get to the setup screen, it always restart. I tried with the EFI folder for 1st generation of I core but got the same problem.
