After using "Reset NVRAM" in OpenCore my BIOS clock started to lags behind, i adjusted 5 times, every day clock it lags behind by many hours. H81M-E34 motherboard What can i do to fix it.

"bootkey" you mean press F11 to select boot device or something else? Booted from thumb drive and formatted External USB HDD using APFS filesystem, installed there, Copied EFI and booted from External USB HDD, reset NVRAM, rebooted installation continued, at the end of install i am getting error message "An error occurred preparing the software update" Tried EFI.Opencore.Desktop.Haswell.Broadwell.MOD.zip as well getting same error. Used bootarg -igfxvesa as i only have integrated HD 4600 GPU

Followed this guide to the letter installed OSx 12.3, everything installed okay as target i selected 1TB external USB drive whole drive was partitioned as "OS Extended (Journaled)". When i start PC and select UEFI boot from that USB drive where mac installed I am on MSI H81M-E34 with i5-4460. Used "EFI.Opencore.Desktop.Haswell.Broadwell.zip" from here.
