Thanks for the help. It sounds too complicated for a Hackintosh; it was much simpler on my old late 2013 iMac.
That's why I'm sticking with HDMI video on my Hackintosh and using a webcam with a microphone, and a separate microphone for audio, and that's it.
Regarding Bluetooth, there seems to be no solution for this seemingly hard-coded UART BT entry in the MSI Z370 A Pro motherboard as SMBIOS MacPro7,1. I also see this "ghost" UART device as SMBIOS iMac19,1 and iMac 19,2.
I've done a lot of research, and everywhere I read it says that this UART Apple Bluetooth entry blocks all Bluetooth USB sticks.
Is that true? Isn't there a solution for this?
