Good day sir , would you please help me I'm out of solutions , I've been trying for the past 2 days I tried to boot without any DSDT.aml just trying to clarify where the problem is , I just used PLUG-SSDT and SSDT-EC and SSDT-USBX as it's mentioned in Dortania guide . The problem now is that when I'm booting through verbose mode after boot is completed the screen turned into black and I can't see anything no reboot or panic but like you suddenly disconnected the HDMI I used those values from Dortania Guide for Kaby Lake : AAPL,ig-platform-id Data 00001259 framebuffer-patch-enable Data 01000000 framebuffer-stolenmem Data 00003001 I've heard that without a correct smbios the intel hd won't work , and for my HP 290 G1 Microtower I'm using iMac18,1 since I'm using the HDMI from PC to monitor directly , could it be wrong smbios or I'm missing a boot arg or what's causing the problem of black screen ? -

I guess my UHD 630 needs DVMT to be changed to 64 mb but such option isn't available in my BIOS so I tried RehabMan patch to change from 32 to 64 (framebuffer-stolenmem=00003001 and framebuffer-fbmem=0000900) But no luck I'm stuck at verbose mode I can show you the picture also -

ok maybe it was my mistake because I took the RunMe files and DSDT when the BIOS was set to NVidia as primary and I was connected to DVI . Here is a new extracted DSDT.aml after I set the BIOS to Primary Intel HD and booted through HDMI : DSDT.aml.zip I booted now with only HDMI connected and Intel HD is set to primary in BIOS and I get this panic : And after couple seconds it shows like this : -

Alright , I used your efi , removed -igfxvesa , added new DSDT , rebooted : * Note : your efi doesn't have any patches in Device Properties Through DVI When nvidia is picked as primary from bios or even when Intel is choosed as primary I have this panic : Through HDMI when intel HD is used as primary I have this panic : So I got confused which one should I choose DVI or HDMI and which one should be Primary in BIOS ? I prefer if nvidia is primary and it's connected through DVI so I don't have to change anything when i boot into windows , is this possible or I'm doing something wrong ? -

Thank youuuuu so much genius !! with the kext you mentioned now it worked with both Multi-Processor and Hyper-Threading enabled !! Thanks a lot Regarding the Intel HD I wanna ask you please , can I run the Intel UHD while the monitor is connected to the NVidia DVI and monitor source is on DVI ? because my monitor is 144fps and 144fps works only through DVI .. or anyway I always have to change it to HDMI on motherboard to get it work ? right now I have both connected DVI to NVidia and HDMI to motherboard because I need Nvidia in windows I have followed a video on YouTube regarding Intel UHD 630 and applied the patches and now in system preferences it shows Intel UHD 630 7 MB and it also shows Nvidia as Display so both are showing in system report .. I have took a RumMe Full files so would you please take a look and tell me what's the issue that I didn't do it correctly ? No difference sir , enabling hyper-threading and/or Multi-Processor always cause the error in the picture above , in addition to that nothing changed regarding graphics , it's still showing 7 or 8 Mb -

Ah ok I'll give it a try , that's regarding Intel HD right ? and regarding Hyper threading and multi processor in BIOS it should be disabled or enabled ? Because in my Lenovo laptop hackintosh it shows enabled but here in Desktop if I enable it I'm having the "In memory panic stackshot " -

Ok Sir Happy New year to you , I have made a small initial donation for your work which I really much appreciate Now I could boot to the installation and installed the system normally but I had to do couple things : 1- I found out that my BIOS version was quite old so I updated it to the latest version ( Does the DSDT needs to be patched again in this case ? ) 2- I had to disable ( Mutli-Processor and Hyper-Threading) from the BIOS because only with that I could be able to reach the installation screen without the panic which was showing in the previous post picture . I have made a RunMe zip file but I see that there was a problem with the IOReg saving so I saved them manually and put them in the ZIP with a folder called IOReg files I also see that the graphics display is 7 MB only even though the Intel HD is enabled in the BIOS . Please if you can patch my DSDT to get the Intel HD works because I don't know if the DSDT has changed after I updated the BIOS so I would really appreciate it .. Sir , I have Corsair Vengeance 3000mhz or 3200mhz I'm not sure , can it be the reason of the panic for installation ? Does macOS support this speed or I need to use 2666mhz ram to get it work ? I just wanna verify if the issue is regarding hardware stuff or something wrong with Config or Bios settings , because I tried Olarila efi and I tried the one I created following Dortania guide and nothing worked .. Thank you .. -

I used it and the same thing is showing , I tried with the default olarila dsdt and the one by you but no difference , do i need to change something in bios or in config ? I don't know what means "in memory panic stackhot" but since it's related to memory means ram maybe ? because I'm using Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 so I hope that's not the reason for the issue ? -

Abdo Al-Doori replied to Abdo Al-Doori's topic in DSDT & Patch Requests
I had a problem that I couldn't see bios settings using HDMI but I solved it by changing the primary VGA from nVidia device to Intel VGA Controller , so my question is will I be able to use nVidia normally in windows if I made the intel as primary and nvidia as non boot device or every time i boot to windows i need to change this settings to make nvidia as primary device ? sorry but I tried again after changing intel vga to primary I could get into bios menu and choose usb to boot but I have a differnt error now which is : in memory panic stackshot succeeded " below I will attach the opencore debug files : opencore debug.zip -

Thank you so much , but currently I have a problem with installation , I followed Dortania guide to make the USB installer but I guess I have an issue with the config.plist because when I boot to OC and choose install_OSX it goes to verbose mod and then after 2 seconds the system restarts and it's always like that Since my System is HP G1 Microtower I tried to enable whatever needs to be enabled for HP system in Dortania's guide but no luck , I'm connecting the monitor through DVI to my nVidia 1050ti , so should I connect it through HDMI to the motherboard or through DVI to motherboard or it's ok to use nVidia for display since I'm using it in windows ?? I'll attach my EFI folder with the OC debug file which showed after bootloop so I would appreciate it if you find where the issue is in your free time and fix my EFI .. thank you in advance ..
