Got it. Here https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ZUNfGpeGB3ydURmqKAXO8mCDtp-qAlJo?usp=sharing in the acpidump.zip file I have dumped the DSDT and factory SSDTs from Windows using acpidump. I can't use runme because without ACPI patch I won't be able to boot to macos. -

The clean DSDT is in the "chrisg661-swift3.zip" archive, with the name Pure DSDT. That DSDT is untouched. The one from Run Me is renamed because it is dumped from Mac OS. -

Polling works, but then the cpu usage jumps and lags the touchpad. This post has the same hardware as mine Can you share the result with me? -

I have an Acer SF314-56G with SYN1B7F touchpad. I cannot seem to use GPIO interrupt mode, only polling works. I tried GPIO pinning, but the pin is already the same with the default in IOreg.
