  1. After about a week of struggling, I now get SUCCESS... No more crashes and no more Black screen! But the cost is high since I also bought a new Mac M1pro!
  2. Maldon is no more providing any accurate help! ;-((

  4. I still have the black screen after about only one hour: need to reboot... ;-(
  5. Thanx! I already have latest BIOS A09 installed!
  6. opencore-2022-03-03-135213.txt.zip
  7. Hi Maldon, I mistakenly reported that it still crashes.... But it's WRONG: Because I have no crashlog ... The only issue is a black screen after 1 hour when the laptop goes to sleep! it's only a video setting issue I guess so PLEASE check what may be updated in config.plist to prevent the dark screen. I set the Battery preference to NEVER make the screen going to SLEEP while using a screen saver instead...
  8. OK... In the meantime I made some mods in the config.plist regarding exactly what is recommended on Opencore for Skylake laptop...
  9. Sorry but you may have an idea why I get black screen when it crashes instead of rebooting...? Please tell me how to have Bootcamp Windows as the 2nd choice....
  10. Unfortunately, now after a crash I get a black screen and I have to force a shutdown before being able to restart... In the Boot menu the first choice is Bootcamp Windows? That's why it cannot automatically reboot to Monterrey... I set the Hibernate mode to happen after one hour... I guess the crash occurs after... But no more crashlog available? So this EFI must be updated...
  11. THANK YOU so much! I just used you "untouched" new EFI and before booting resented NVRAM... I could boot with no hitch... crossed fingers to check if no more kernel panic...
  12. OK... ;-( So the only solution is to backpedal to Big Sur?

  14. OK but in your patch the string <key>device-id</key> <data>AhkAAA==</data> is missing? Is it an issue? Or it is no more required?
  15. In my device property I found: <key>PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0)</key> <dict> <key>AAPL,ig-platform-id</key> <data>AAAbGQ==</data> <key>device-id</key> <data>AhkAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-fbmem</key> <data>AACQAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-patch-enable</key> <data>AQAAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-stolenmem</key> <data>AAAwAQ==</data> </dict> So do I update it?
  16. Any hints for a FIX?
  17. I still have random crashes... ???
  18. Today no more crash yet!?
  19. Removing watchdog=0 from Bootargs doesn't fix the panic... Now the system shuts down instead of automatically rebooting...?
  20. OK! where is the watchdog? I'm also in the mood for backpedaling to Big Sur... In this case can I keep same EFI?
  21. Yesterday I updated Monterey to 12.2... Still same messcrashlog 12.2.zip it sounds there is an error in boot args....? crashlog 12.2.zip
  22. Maybe, we have to wait for a new upgrade of Monterey 12.2?
  23. I can't find any error with OCValidate after watching your Youtube How to update OC Bootloader on Hackintosh...
  24. Hi Maldon, I found that the following entry in UEFI/Output/Uiscale should not exist? random crashes on Monterey.zip This entry came probably from a former OC version but is not OCValidate for OC0.7.7?
