Intel NUC Open Core Stuttering Graphics and No Bluetooth

Hi, I'm running an intel NUC 7i5BNK with Big Sur. I've got it installed, but the graphics are really stuttering (loading things isn't smooth, and the page scrolling stammers). Also, despite bluetooth kext being installed, bluetooth doesn't work. Ive no idea what to do to get it to work, and am really looking for any help at this point! I have added my plist in hopes of getting some advice; the system wouldn't let me upload my entire efi! config.plist.zip
