Sound u need use last applealc, compile one, video, nvidia 1xxx don't work acpi errors, need a fine tune in dsdt -
u can try a voodoops2 or ApplePS2SmartTouchPad

usb its not intel and don' work native, u need a thirty party kext, in some kexts kexts cause some problems

looks good u don't need more apfs_patched.efi, the ApfsDriverLoader.efi+AptioMemoryFix.efi solve it now, loads apfs.efi from ApfsContainer located on block device.

delete old SEND_ME in ur desktop, and run app again, just to avoid merge

never use dsdt from other mobo, have a diff bios -
Instale o Sierra, vai rodar bem
