please help Not able remove/add kext due to SIP. tried recovery mode via terminal code but worts work

I'm not able to paste AMD5000Controller.kext. in /SYSTEM/LIBRARY/EXTENSIONS/ as I don't have permission to remove/add/modify it. I'm administrator account. I've tried KextBEAST and kext wizard but both won't able to install kexts please help

How to download it? & where need to paste it?

Please help me step by step to install BigSur latest in my computer.
