I have an Asus P8Z68-V Pro / Gen3 with bios 3202 stock and a core i5 3570K. I can update bios to 3603 with patch from BiosRepo but what is the advantage?
I also have a UEFI BIOS, I have to install Clover or Chameleon?
How can I make my DSDT and my SSDT without too much trouble?

This is the first time I make a DSDT and SSDT.
