Hello, Windows boot option disappeared from my Startup Disk after I installed paragon NTFS program. If I mount windows drive in read-only mode, Windows boot reappeared but still can not boot with it. Opencore 0.58 I7-9700 Z370 Aorus Ultra Gaming EFI.zip

Put GPU in first slot and use Olarila Clover 300 and it stuck at Intel Lan error. Is it because I used multishit method at first installation ?
