Dear members. Is there anybody out there, who got a Latitude 7400 2 in 1 to work properly with full GPU acceleration on Big Sur? As far I tried all kinds of settings, EFIs as well as I tried to generate my own from sample on. No luck. I got the Installer running with an Olarila image and could install Big sur 11.4. Somehow I found a EFI, which allows my trackpad, touchscreen, Audio eaven the Intel WIFI card to work quite properly - as far tested. I tried different SMBIOS with different framebuffers, device-ids on and on. I updated and modified my BIOS (1.11.0) Where I unlocked my CSR with: setup_var 0x6ED 0x00 and set PreAllocated and total allocated settings with: Setup_var 0xA10 0x2 Setup_var 0xA11 0x2 Actually I can work on my Laptop but I have no acceleration - only 7MB and my HDMI is not working - not buildt-in hdmi and not a usb-c -> hdmi dongle (but LAN over this dongle works though). That sucks, cause I need my monitor for work - my eyes are not the best!! My spec are: DELL Latitude 7400 2 in 1 (5WRVH) with 16GB RAM, i7-8665U Whiskeylake with UHD 620 GPU and Full HD display https://www.laptoparena.net/dell/hybrid-(2-in-1)-dell-latitude-7400-5wrvh-black,silver-19410 My only modification is a Samsung MZ-V7E1T0BW 970 EVO 1 TB NVMe M.2 instead of the original NVMe shipped with the laptop. I configured my post efi like you mentioned in your link leaving only these kexts AirportBrcmFixup.kext, AppleALC.kext, AtherosE2200Ethernet.kext, CpuTscSync.kext, ECEnabler.kext, FakePCIID_Intel_I225-V.kext, IntelMausi.kext, Lilu.kext, LucyRTL8125Ethernet.kext, RealtekRTL8100.kext, RealtekRTL8111.kext, RestrictEvents.kext, RTCMemoryFixup.kext, SmallTreeIntel82576.kext, USBInjectAll.kext, VirtualSMC.kext, VoodooPS2Controller.kext, WhateverGreen.kext everything booting fine... no hd acceleration, no touchscreen, no hdmi,. Changed sone values for the gpu generated by hackintool (tried with device ID: 0000A53E device ID: 0900A53E device ID: 0005A63E with SMBIOS MacbookPro16,3, 15,4 and 14,1 both ending up with: IOconsoleUsers:GIOScreenLockState 3 I really have no more plan where to go on. I've probably read almost all forums due to this topic and spent the hole week with it. Somewhere there is a gpu problem, caus without device property PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0) gpu running well. Hi!-) As I am meanwhile dealing over 1 week with my Lati 7400 2 in 1 CLOVER and OC.... Could you plz send me your EFI folder. I got the install process through and can boot Big Sur but no UHD acceleration, no Trackpad, No HDMI, No Touch display... I really tried very many things! Plz help! Greets from Austria!
