I have the GA-Z68P-DS3 rev 1.0 board with Uefi Bios U1c (that's what Gigabyte support gave out once, because the U1a was so buggy) The DSDT is almost twice as big as the one from the legacy Bios. I think that's why the patch from your side does not work. I would be very happy about such a DSDT! Take your time, I try in the time to find CFG-Lock to turn it off.
