macOS catalina on dell vostro 14 3468 laptop + need some guidance

Hi, I have dell vostro 14 3468 machine and I want to install macOS Catalina on it. Will it work on my machine? I am new to Hackintosh world, I tried to learn from this forum about the process and requirements to install macOS on pc. I read some guide but fail to understand most of the instructions like what is clover, opencore and stuff like that. I am windows user and don't have very good understanding of mac/Linux OS but I have some basic understanding of command line usage. I want to learn but fail to find a proper guide. So, please provide some beginner guidance. Thanks
