I saw that you perfected a "GA Z590 Vision D with Thunderbolt" build, so I went ahead and got one hoping that it would work.
Unfortunately my i/o is all messed up and thunderbolt doesn't work at all (which I really need). I tried using the USB tutorial video, but that resulted in none of the USB working.
Also my ethernet says "self assigned Ip..." which will not connect to the internet, and the wifi doesn't work either. Nothing that I've tried has fixed any of this.
