I found a patch for this board on this site under motherboards but under the HDEF section it say the layout ID is 0x0C, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, but the layout ID for ALC887 is 0x77,0x03,0x00,0x00 this board is meant to have ALC887 codec but I can't get it to work. Could someone tell me please what codec use 0x0C,0x00,0x00,0x00 layout or why is this patch not the layout for ALC887. Thank for your time..

I keep getting 3 warnings, statement is unreachable lines 7549,7585 and 7621. I'm using the patch for this board found on this site. My board is using the BOIS 1101 the newest one I do know if this is causing the problem. Could someone could tell me how to fix this please, hoping to upgrade to mountain lion soon. I have used the patch for Q6600 speedstepping as well. Thanks for all your help... dsdt.aml.zip
