Help my macOS installation stuck at 12 min remaining

I’m using config 2 and everything boots well. On the MacOS installation screen I tried using external HDD and internal partition but The installation would always be stuck at 12 minutes remaining and then give me a error saying to use Apple diagnostics and restart
