    I have a Lenovo e470 running macOS Catalina 10.15.7 on open core 0.6.2. I have a specific DSDT patch which I need for macOS but it also stops me booting in Windows. Could someone help me patch this as my trackpad and battery don't work properly without this. I have heard that " If (_OSI ("Darwin")) {}" or " If not (_OSI ("Windows ")) {}" is necessary but I don't know how to do this. thank you in advance Kind Regards Joseph DSDT.aml.zip

    I did some research and I searched up the uuid of the kernel extension which was panicking and apparently smc-battery sensor is very buggy on big sur/

    I keep getting a kernel panic on the OpenCore usb install for big sur. yet I can boot from clover on an external hdd the restore image you previously posted. I was just trying to install internally but it wont let me

    Hi MaLd0n, I have used you guides and they have worked perfectly. for Catalina. I tried to follow you guide to install Big Sur, but I seem to get a kernel panic every time. As soon as I see the loading bar, my computer reboots. I am able to boot into Catalina and with the same EFI but I have not audio and my trackpad doesn't work. I am using OpenCore. Could you possibly check my EFI as I am very new to OpenCore and I am quite confused.
