Xeon E5-2690 Speedstep help

Good morning. I've tried to make this Xeon E5-2690 to speedstep but it doesn't scale. I'm not a skilled person so please be patient.. MSI X79A-gd45 16Gb DDR3 1600 Nvidia GTX760 Xeon E5-2690(v1), it boots and runs but the cpu freq is stuck at 3300Mhz. Help me please, I'll pay you a beer. Thank you Rob FOLDER.zip Send me Hack-Pro.zip
