Bluetooth Broadcom BCM94350ZAE

Recently I installed MacOS Catalina and by using the airportfixup kext got Wifi working, also Bluetooth using the kexts from BrcPatchRam but after a few days Bluetooth stopped working. Any ideas on what happened?
