    Greetings, I'm trying to install Big Sur on my laptop. Specs: Core i5 7200u 8GB RAM AMD R5 M430 1TB + 256 GB storage I am using the prebuilt efi folder with some changes. I've added the frame buffer patch for iGPU as per the OC laptop guide for kaby lake. Currently I'm getting error that says: smcGetKeyInfo Error: Received error 0x84 when getting key info for ALRV smcReadKey Error: Received error 0x84 when getting key info for MSLD smcReadKey Error: Received error 0x84 when getting key info for ALV0 Looking forward for replies.     So I tried the EFI Folder. There is definitely a performance boost (still random freezes sometimes). The display brightness is now adjustable and the laptop can go to sleep. But the boot time is still the same.

    Hiii. So far, 1. I've download Olarila folder for kaby lake notebook 2. Added 0x59160000 as ig-platform-id (I enabled the transparent dock). 3. Enabled rename ec0 to ec patch in clover configurator. 4. Extracted send-me. What should I with it now? Thanks.

    I remember there was a webpage on this website with efi folders with proper labels. Mine was notebook chipsets series (Kaby lake). Cant find that webpage any more. Edit: I found the webpage through a quick google search.

    Am I suppose to copy the acpi folder in send_me to my efi folder acpi/patched folder? I noticed alot of aml files in the send_me

    I checked and kernel lapic was already ticked. Checked via Clover configurator.

    And I also wanted to let you know that when I boot without cpus=1 the OS performance really bad. Keeps freezing. With cpus=1 or cpus=2, I can get much better performance. Still I'd love to boot without this boot args as the OS cannot utilize the CPU to the fullest.

    Hiii, I was recently able to install catalina 10.15.4 on my HP 15 laptop. Specs: Core i5 7200u 8GB RAM 1 TB + 256 GB HDD AMD R5 M430.(I do not need this in Hackintosh). When I boot with cpus=1 the boot process takes about 40secs to a minute. (Acceptable given it's a 7200rpm hard drive). Without it boot time jumps up to to 3 - 4 mins. I have VoodooTSCSync kext in my efi folder. Is that even required? I used rehabmans intel hd 620 config and modified it a little for my laptop. I've attach the results from run_me diagnostic app. Hoping to hear from someone soon. Thanks. Send_Me.zip

    I yet still get acpi errors. Are these normal? And a failed to load kernel prng seed error. The problem is a can gradually boot into the OS but these error slow down the process alot. Here's a screenshot of verbose boot. https://imgur.com/a/TJiU2gY

    The plugin is not in any kext folder. Shall I send you my EFI Folder? I have seen how you've helped many people. You're great and my only hope right now. ? Btw I got to install Catalina today with olarila image, efi folder and dsdt patch. I'm still getting SMC Lightsensor error. I'm sure I must've messed up somewhere. But I'm relatively new to hackintosh.

    How do I solve the couldn't alloc class SMCLightsensor? I got through with the installation though. Thanks alot for that.

    Hi Again. So if I download the Clover folder for kabylake and hd 620 config file, Mojave 10.14.6 will detect give me the gpu acceleration? And right after the install the OS is very laggy and unresponisve. And during verbose boot, the installer is stuck on "couldnot alloc class smclightsensor" for a long long time and boot timing is horrible. Let me know any additional piece of information you'd need. PLEASE HELP ME. I've been at it for weeks now.

    Greetings fellows, As the title says, there's no drivers64UEFI folder in the clover bootloader efi folder. Should I be worried about this? And I installed macOS Mojave on core i5 7200u with intel hd 620 and 8gb ram. I couldnot get the intel graphcis kext to work.
