I downloaded and unziped. Mout EFI partion and replace them with your file. Restart it run and automatic restart not boot in to mac

I install but my screen many flicker Dell Vostro 3470 ( Slim Factor ) 70157884 CPU: Intel Core i5-8400 (2.80 GHz upto 4.0 GHz, 6 Cores 6 Threads, 9 MB cache) - RAM: 4GB DDR4 2400MHz - HDD: 1TB HDD - VGA: Intel® UHD Graphics 630 - Wlan + Bluetooth Best Regards!
