Ok, i will try to make it as simple as possible, so you can do it yourself, and learn it for future reference
Since you are using OpenCore, you should have AppleALC.kext in the Kexts folder, looking into the supported audio codecs, the Realtek ALC236 shows as supported
Now, you need to edit your Config.plist and add as it follows
The XX represents the layout that your audio codec can use, in your case the layouts available are:
So what you need to do is change the XX for one of the values and try booting up, until your PC has audio output normally
Having the audio working with the given layouts, you need to convert it to HEX value, read carefully the page that the next link directs to
Starting where it says "Making Layout ID more permanent", is a couple of steps, but will help you setting up your audio
IMPORTANT NOTICE
some layouts only work for internal speakers, other for headphones +mic, your should use the one which can give you all the outputs working: internal +headphone +mic
in extreme cases, the layouts will not work at all, the link i put here explains what to do, but those are vere extreme and rare cases
