Install MacOS with Vanilla Olarila Image, Step by Step

Followed this Guide for Mojave and being my first hackintosh, install worked well so far. The issue i have is for Catalina. Using Clover Configurator - Mount EFI - Mount and Open partition for the EFI partion of disk0s1(which is the attached SSD), unlike the Mojave install, the folder is blank and i am unable to overwrite with the Clover EFI as i did successfully on the Mojave install.
