Having similar issue with Crosshair VII x470. Tried OpenCore folder and gets stuck loading Lilu. Guess I'll stay with Clover and 10.15.1

I am getting this too from AMD Catalina. Tried all different ports and is in sata mode.

this works great! I dont have time to install Catalina vanilla manually now so went with this image. did manual vanilla install on Mojave before and took couple days of learning but installing and booted this in less than an hour! audio works unlike my Mojave install. Apple watch unlocking is only feature not working from Mojave; not big deal to me. feels more stable than my vanilla install i think only thing I changed is removing verbose and display Apple logo in place. looking awesome! great work again! Asus B450-F motherboard with Ryzen 7 if anyone is curious to try.
