I want to leave it here for anyone who needs the kext link to the High Sierra bluetooth dongle cambridge silicon radio ltd. I found the video on youtube, and downloaded it for testing on Catalina. I installed with Clover after mounting the partition, inside the folder EFI / CLOVER / kexts / Other, paste the file GenericCSRBluetooth.kext. Restart the machine, and plug in the USB Dongle, go to Preferences that Bluetooth will probably be enabled, proceed to the normal settings of your keyboard / trackpad or mouse.
