I changed your EFI to make logs - changed opencore to debug version, displaylevel 2147483714, target to 83, disablewatchdog to true. this is the log from your EFI opencore-2020-04-08-052150.txt.zip

This is dumped DSDT.aml and no fix applied, memmap, and log from debug version of OC 0.5.7 I tried before Archive.zip

Thanks MaLd0n. I've just tried with EFI you gave me. Same, I got stuck at black screen right after selecting Boot option. (USB stick was okay since it works on other desktop - boots to installer.) + I've made a memmap of this laptop from UEFI shell and it was okay, 1.7GB space for 0x100000. Is there any other option?

Hello! Thinkpad X1 Carbon 7th (C7) Model 20R1 did not allow me to boot with Clover, neither the OpenCore. This laptop has i7-10510u 10th Gen Comet Lake , LPDDR3 16GB Ram onboard and intel UHD 620 iGPU. BIOS is quite limited so I could only disable Thunderbolt3, VT-d, Secureboot, kernal DMA protection. There were no options like XHCI Hand-off, 4G Encoding and so on. Hello! Does DSDT patch would fix my problems below? I am on Catalina 10.15.1 on OC with AMD TR1920X / Gigabyte X399 Aorus Gaming7 / RX580 8GB. -VGA PCI bandwidth displayed 8X instead of 16X -Onboard Bluetooth Disturbs, which makes other bluetooth chipsets won't work -Can't Sleep (Probably because of USB)
