Is it going to work if I replace the processor with the modded Xeon and keep using my mobo? Or what's the best option for me to install newer macOS than El Capitan? Thank you...

Hi, I've tried to install the Olarila Mojave image to my old PC. It's a Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66GHz and NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 on Asus P5KC crossflashed to P5KR. After burning the image to USB flash, I booted and managed to reach the clover but every time I hit the "boot with the selected options", it always restarts. I've checked verbose and block VoodooTSCSync.kext. My current OS is El Capitan 10.11.4 (15E65) and it's working fine. I need to upgrade to at least Sierra due to app compatibility. Would you please tell me what should I do to make this work? Thank you...
