I can't install High Sierra or Mojave because appears it and the pc restarts G31M3 V2 C2D E7300 8600 GT 2GB RAM

and what mobo can i use? As cheap as possible xd

Hi guys! I need help with USB, i can enter to the Catalina installer but i can't use my usb mouse and kb (in clover does the same but the kb works so i can enter to the installer).
