BCM94360CD Handoff/Continuity not working.

MaLd0n: As previously spoken, the BCM94360CD is not working with continuity/handoff. The card is recognized natively, but not all capabilities are active. For example, on WiFi 802.11-AC is not working and on bluetooth "Handoff Supported" is set to no. Hopefully you can take a look and figure it out. Thanks in advance. Send me PaPas.zip
