3rd SATAHDD won't mount on reboot, only a start up :-(

Hi, My config, besides 2 SSD has 3 internal SATA HD that all mount without problems during a startup. If I have to reboot when the Hack reboots, the 3rd SATA is always missing. It does not appear in disk utility and I have to turn off and restart the computer to see all my HD reappear in the finder. An idea of the problem and how to solve it? Thank you in advance
