Only Issue I have is one I have had before, OC not registering, CPU maxed at 3,4ghz but overclocked to 4,0ghz I have sorted this before by trial and error, turning generating p/c states on and off Interesting! I added the csmvideodxe to your efi and screens stopped working. I removed it in my original clover and screens work!!! so found the issue for my system at least EFI-New.zip Paypal on the way

Would it be possible to get help with an old GA-X79-UP4/i74930k/RX580 Mojave system? Probably totally lucky its works, only issue is running 2 displays, HDMI as 2nd display is black. Otherwise system works fine with 1 display old GPU was a 7970 which ran 3 monitors on HS Been upgraded many times over the years so dsdt is probably a mess Tell me what I need to send. $$ EFI_X79-RX580.zip
