Moving From HDD To SSD

Hi Friends, I am trying to move from HDD to SSD. I currently have a dual boot system with Hackintosh and Windows. Now I have this software https://silicophilic.com/migrate-os-to-ssd-from-hdd/ available with me, if I go ahead and do the cloning from inside Windows, will the Hackintosh be still intact and boot up?
