Thanks for your answer, I used for both moments, Install and First Boot, the option ¨O¨ and change to the config2.plist used for Notebooks, and now is working pretty well, now you deserve my donation ... without any other hack, the installation was flawless. On Post installation I've followed your steps and everything happened as you said. You can include this old Intel i5 NUCs to the Mojave compatibility list with full 3D/H264 hardware acceleration, a $200 bucks Hackintosh pretty useful for development, general office use and even some light weight gaming.
The only 2 things I am trying to solve are: audio trough HDMI, and booting using Display Port, there are some kind of frequency miss, so the monitor show interlaced and confuse images, but booting connected to HDMI and after boot connect the display port(s) the desktop is extended pretty well and after disconnecting HDMI display port become primary and crispy clean.
